What's new

New Beach-Galveston completes US $19.5 million beach nourishment projects from 12 61 Street earlier this year. Visitors can expect the beach up to 150 feet wide through the project.

New trolley-four rubber wheels trolleys began operating in May and the Seawall route and town center. Trolley lasts from 11:00-19:00 Monday to Thursday, and from 10:00-22:00 Friday through Sunday. The fee is $1 for adults. The exact changes required to ride, cart drivers can not make the change.
